$100 non-refundable deposit required at registration. All remaining balances due 2 weeks prior to attendance. Cancellations must be in writing at least 2 weeks in advance; all payments outside the $100 deposit will be refunded if cancelled in time. $50 return check fee. $15/week sibling discount for each additional child in same family attending same week (up to 3 children). $15/week multi-week discount for campers registered for 4 or more weeks. Lunches available at additional charge. 3 snacks per day included in tuition. Horsemanship add-on: $45/week, limited spots, first come first served; cannot be added once the week has started. Campers doing horseback riding encouraged to bring CHA certified helmet (not bike helmet); helmets provided if needed. Registration opens November 1st. Counselor-to-camper ratio: 1:10 (lower at some activities). Waitlist updated every Saturday; families notified by email and/or phone when a spot opens. Three authorized pickup contacts with driver's license numbers required. Different morning and afternoon pickup points allowed; can vary by day. Car tag provided on Monday morning; must be displayed at afternoon pickup.
