  • Reviews and tips — star ratings, written reviews, pro tips, and child age ranges you submit about camps.

  • Preferences — search location, preferred categories, and age ranges you save.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Site, collected via Vercel Analytics.
  • Cookies — session cookies for authentication, and advertising/analytics cookies from third-party services (see Section 4).
  • Device information — browser type, operating system, and screen size (collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain your account and saved data.
  • To display your reviews and tips to other users (attributed by first name only for reviews, or anonymously for pro tips).
  • To personalize your experience (saved filters, bookmarks, schedules).
  • To improve our Site and develop new features.
  • To display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets).

3. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with the following service providers:

  • Supabase (database and authentication provider) — stores your account and app data.
  • Google AdSense — serves advertisements and may collect browsing data via cookies for ad personalization.
  • Vercel (hosting and analytics) — collects aggregated usage metrics.
  • OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — receives camp addresses for geocoding (no personal user data is sent).

California Residents (CCPA)

Google AdSense uses cookies for behavioral ad targeting, which may constitute a "sale" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents may opt out of the sale of personal information by declining advertising cookies via our cookie consent banner, or by updating their preferences using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer.
