Wet & Wild Adventure Camp is a field trip camp – we go someplace different every day. We are looking for mature men and women (you must be at least 18 years old) who enjoy being outdoors and working with children. This is not a baby-sitting job, but one where you are expected to become involved and play with children, ages 9-15, while also maintaining awareness of safety and camp rules. The ability to enforce limits and exercise good judgement is necessary. We prefer applicants who have life-guarding certification OR are willing and able to get it (we pay for your class). Counselors work four 10-hour weekdays per week. Pay may vary according to age and experience, but begins at $20/hour. We are outside most of every day, but we swim every afternoon. Preference is given to those who can work the entire summer (except for the 4th of July week, which we take off).
