Camper-to-counselor ratio: approximately 4:1 overall; 3:1 for 2nd graders; 5:1 to 6:1 for older campers (e.g., 8th grade). Deposits become non-refundable after February 1st, with limited rollover options. Refunds issued based on how far in advance cancellation occurs. No phones, video games, or internet-capable devices allowed. Cabin-mate requests can be submitted through CampInTouch more than 30 days before camp begins. Airport pickup available from Austin or San Antonio for an additional fee if transportation forms completed at least 30 days in advance. No packages allowed except birthday packages. Campers use the Champ system (no cash needed) for camp store purchases. All activities and programming included in term fee; optional add-ons include spirit packs, Campanion app access, and airport transportation. No peanut or tree nut products used in kitchen; vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options available. Full-time nurses and student nurses live on camp property. Camp is located on the shores of Lake LBJ with over 40 activities including wakeboarding, climbing walls, zip lines, and Trojan Spartan Games. | Three-year progressive program for high schoolers. Year 1 (007/7-11, rising 10th graders): collaboration and communication skills, behind-the-scenes camp operations, dining hall setup, running Treat Time. Year 2 (008/CATs, rising 11th graders): hands-on cabin leading, spending meals and evenings with an adopted cabin of younger campers, leading cabin from activity to activity. Year 3 (009/SCATs, rising 12th graders): teaching activities to younger campers, 3-day retreat with personal Mission Statement writing. All years include Baskin Talks (twice weekly leadership discussions at owners' house), off-camp trips (2-3 days per year), off nights, regular camp activities, and special Senior Camper-only activities.
