Our chess masters will provide the highest level of training for children and teens in Austin, Texas. Kids will be separated into 4 different groups based on USCF rating: Novice (below 700), Intermediate (700–1200), Advanced (1200–1600), and Expert (1600+). It is required for campers to know all the rules of chess and how each piece moves. Advanced/Expert schedule: Lecture, Training Games, and Puzzle Solving. Intermediate/Novice schedule: Lecture, Puzzle Solving, Training Games, and Camp Activity. Light snacks and beverages provided; campers bring their own lunch.
