Asmbly Maker Camp Where Creativity Comes to Life! This summer, give your kid a creative adventure they’ll never forget! At Asmbly Maker Camp, young makers get hands-on with authentic tools, materials, and processes. Campers design, build, and fabricate meaningful projects — from creative experiments to fully finished pieces — while learning practical skills, collaborating with peers, and growing their confidence as makers. Each camp is intentionally designed around age-appropriate tools, small group sizes, and making experiences that go far beyond typical craft camps. Renaissance Camp blends traditional art techniques with modern maker tools to give kids a taste of what’s possible through hands-on creation and innovation. Campers experiment across multiple materials and processes, build finished projects they can take home, and gain confidence using tools in a safe, supportive environment. It’s exploratory, creative, and designed to keep hands busy and minds engaged. In Board Game Camp, students design and build original tabletop games from the ground up. Campers use digital design tools and hands-on maker technology to create physical game boards, pieces, and components, then test and refine their games through guided play. This camp blends creativity, problem-solving, and fabrication, giving students a finished, fully playable board game to take home and the skills to keep iterating on their ideas long after camp ends. In this advanced camp, teens design and build a solid wood side table with a welded metal frame. Students learn foundational woodshop and metalshop techniques, practice safe tool use, and see a complex project through from start to finish. This camp is ideal for teens ready to take on longer builds, develop advanced skills, and walk away with a finished piece they’ll actually use.
