Campers bring packed lunch (with ice pack) Mon–Thu; no lunch on Friday. Campers bring 2 snacks from home daily. CG Victory provides a cool treat some afternoons (popsicle/Gatorade). Staff ratios: 1:5 for ages 6-7; 1:10 for ages entering 3rd grade and above. Check-in/check-out managed via CampSite app with unique daily release code. All counselors complete CPR, First Aid, and Child Protection Plan Training with certification. Zero tolerance policy for bullying, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and weapons. Campers should bring: backpack, lunch with ice pack, 2 snacks, tennis shoes, athletic shorts and shirt, bathing suit and towel. Boys: normal-length swim trunks only, tee shirt worn at all times. Girls: one-piece swimsuit with shorts. Medication must be registered with staff upon arrival each day with signed waivers in camper profile. | Counselor-to-camper ratio: maximum 10:1; lower ratio at water park. All counselors have completed CPR and Child Protection Training; many are returning counselors. Refund policy: full refund minus $50 non-refundable deposit with written notice on or before the Monday one week before camp starts. Early Bird Discount: $20 off March registration. Health & safety protocols include frequent hand washing/sanitizing, exclusion of ill children, deep cleaning of all camp areas, and separation of children showing illness symptoms with parent notification.
