Each session has about 60 campers divided into 4 groups of ~15 based on grade entering next fall. Campers bring their own lunch and snacks; 30-minute lunch break and mid-morning snack break. Campers should bring their own water bottle; filtered water available for refills. Nut-free camp. Early Care 8am-9am ($125/session) and Late Care 4pm-5pm ($125/session) available; both together $225/session; daily rate $20/day. Cancellation must be communicated before April 15th; refund issued less $100 administrative fee before April 15th; no refunds on or after April 15th. Session change fee: $50. If camp cancelled due to low enrollment (notified 2 weeks prior), full refund issued. Waitlist is email-based (no queue positions); when spot opens, email sent to all on waitlist and spot goes live on first-come-first-serve basis. Drop-off no earlier than 15 minutes before 9am; pick-up no later than 4pm. Late pick-up fee: $10 if more than 15 minutes late, plus $1/minute thereafter. Registration opens January 14th at noon (presale for 2025 returners January 7th at noon). If registered for wrong grade level, order cancelled and refunded less $100 administrative fee. Campers write stories in small groups; acting parts assigned equitably based on strengths and interests. Scripts provided for home rehearsal once scenes are devised. Each group performs 2 songs and 3 scenes. Campers receive a Story Wrangler journal to keep. Props available to take home after final performance. Nut-free camp.
