Location: Westoak Woods Baptist Church, Austin TX (https://westoakwoods.com/). No refunds if child gets sick, but camp will provide resources so child doesn't miss out entirely. Medication policy: Medication Form must be completed and submitted to Camp Director with medication in original container on first Monday of attendance; camp does not administer shots or EpiPen — authorized party must come to camp for injections. Registration requires adding one camper per camp week — 1 week = 1 seat per child; if the same child attends both sessions, add them twice. Guardian contact info, pickup/dropoff person name, special needs/accommodations/food allergies, and referral source collected at registration. Camper information will not be given or sold to third parties. Notify camp of food allergies at registration.
