JCampers! Are you entering 7th–9th grade? Then you have what it takes to be a Madatzim Leader! Madatzim is the next generation of camp fun. As a leader, you will spend time learning about what it means to lead and work with campers younger than yourselves. You'll have a ton of fun camp experiences together while building on your skills and relationships as you work directly with a JCamps bunk. Keep Austin Weird: It's not just the place we call home, but a chance for campers to capture the spirit of summer, in a city that wears the slogan 'Keep Austin Weird.' Campers will spend the week exploring unique and fun things Austin has to offer — from Texas Hill Country to the music scene, local swimming holes, and more. Austin Adventurers: Round out your summer by exploring the great outdoors with Austin Adventurers! We'll find the best parks and green spaces the city has to offer, swim in familiar favorite pools (and explore new ones), and so much more! Maccabi Champions: Come join us for our first ever teen sports camp! Campers will participate in a variety of sports and athletics activities led by expert professionals and coaches from our community, including weight room training, nutrition, pool safety, lap swimming, and teaching curriculum to day campers. | Join us for a fun two-week soccer camp at JCamps! In soccer camp, each day and week will build on the last, with a focus on fun and friendship while building skills along the way. Games include drills, contests, and scrimmages that emphasize development, sportsmanship, and confidence. This camp is an ideal recreational introduction to soccer for all skill and ability levels. Basketball camp at JCamps uses basketball as a foundation for building confidence, leadership, and teamwork. Each day and week will build on the last with a focus on fun and friendship while building skills along the way. Join us for an action-packed Tennis Camp where campers will develop core skills—groundstrokes, volleys, serves, rallies, and match play—through fun drills and games that make everyone feel like a champion. If you love being active, Maccabi at JCamps is the perfect fit! Over two action-packed weeks, campers will sample a variety of sports and PE games to help build confidence, develop fundamental skills, and learn teamwork and sportsmanship. In addition to sports time, campers will spend half of each day participating in other classic camp activities to ensure a full and well-rounded camp experience. These include swimming, theme days, and special events! | Kim's Gym Tiny Tumblers Summer Camp is designed for our youngest campers (ages 3–PreK) and combines gymnastics with art, cooking, and outdoor adventure. Half Day and Core Day options are available, with multiple themed sessions throughout the summer. | Our classic JCC Day Camp for grades K–6th offers swimming, sports, arts, music, Israeli culture, and Chugim (elective activity blocks) — all rooted in Jewish values and community. Campers are grouped by grade into tracks: Chamudim (K), Noar (1st–2nd), Kochavim (3rd–4th), and Giborim (5th–6th), with field trips for older campers and special all-camp events like Maccabiah and Pride Day. | Shalom Austin's Specialty Camps let campers dive deep into a passion area for one or two weeks alongside the main Day Camp program. Offerings rotate by session and include theater (ZACH Theatre productions of Frozen, Wicked, Toy Story, and Improv), martial arts, music (JRock), robotics/LEGO (ESTEAM), cooking, art, cheer, STEM, and more — with something new to try every session. | Shalom Austin's Teen Camp gives 7th–9th graders an active, community-driven summer with options including Madatzim Leaders (leadership development), martial arts, art excursions around Austin, competitive Maccabi sports, and unique Austin-themed adventures. Teen campers build independence, friendships, and skills in a Jewish community setting. | Soccer Shots Classic brings a high-energy, character-building soccer program to young JCC campers. Designed for preschool-age children, this half-day camp session combines fun soccer skill-building with the full JCC Early Childhood Camp experience. | The JCamps experience is unlike any other that Central Texas has to offer. We welcome campers of all backgrounds and interests, and work hard to make sure there are ways for each camper to learn, grow and have a great time throughout the entire summer! Chamudim (cuties) is our premier Kindergarten-readiness program — a specialized unit just for fellow Kindergarteners. Your camper will learn and hone essential skills to ensure they are ready for their exciting transition to Elementary School in the fall! Noar (youth) is the most popular program at JCamps! Noar takes camp to the next level with expanding friend groups and new opportunities to sample everything JCamps has to offer. Noar is the true classic day camp experience! Kochavim (stars) campers get to customize their camp experience with a choice-activity block called 'Chugim' (clubs). Each week, campers get to pick from one of 3–4 different Chugim led by their counselors and activity specialists. Giborim (heroes) is 'the coolest team' here at JCamps! Giborim campers not only continue to customize their camp experience with Chugim (clubs), but they also get to take trips! Campers in classic camp get to participate in incredible specialty activities like arts & crafts, music, Israeli Culture, sports, and water activities! Days are kept fresh with rotating specialty activities and games, as well as fun bonding events and theme days like Friday Shabbat, Maccabiah, Pride Day, Israeli Ruach Day, and more! | We can't wait to get back to JCamps for Summer 2026! Get ready for the best summer ever! Kim's Gym Tiny Tumblers: A high-energy gymnastics camp with floor, air floor, bars, beam, vault, and air trak. Themed sessions include Ninja Warrior, Agents of Kim's Gym, Superhero Training, Upside Down Week, and Cartoon Camp. Art, cooking, outdoor adventure, fun & games. All campers must be potty-trained. Soccer Shots Classic: Join Soccer Shots–7x Winner of the Austin Chronicle's Best Youth Sports Program– for a fun-filled week playing the world's greatest game! Our nationally-recognized program offers a positive, high-energy, and age-appropriate introduction to soccer. | ZACH Theater Broadway Kids Camps introduce young performers to the essential tools of musical theater while nurturing a love for performance. Students rotate through classes in voice, acting, movement, and collaborative theater-making—building confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Each camp concludes with a demonstration for family and friends. Kim's Gym: Experienced, enthusiastic staff lead gymnastics (floor, air floor, bars, beam, vault, air trak), art, cooking, outdoor adventure, fun & games, and daily swimming. Martial Arts: Summer camp with Master Palacios ATA Martial Arts works hand in hand with your efforts as a parent, providing the Life Skills necessary for your child to be THE BEST THEY CAN BE! No previous experience necessary! Engaging games, projects, and hikes, plus the life-enriching skills of self-confidence, respect, self-control, and friendship. This is a belt promotion camp. Ms. Hill's Art Adventure: Themed art camps covering Animals of the Jungle & Desert, Art Around the World, Clay and Mixed Media, and Meet the Masters. Campers experiment with painting, printmaking, clay, and collage. Limited to 1 session (2 weeks) per camper per summer. JRock Music Camp: Kids don't just learn music—they become songwriters and bandmates. During this high-energy, creativity-driven camp, campers explore modern music through rhythm, singing, instruments, and original songwriting, culminating in a fun, informal showcase. ESTEAM Learning Labs: A high-energy rotation through six ESTEAM labs exploring LEGO robotics, coding, circuits, and master builder challenges. Sticky Fingers Cooking: Report to the kitchen for a week of culinary basic training, where we'll sharpen skills, build confidence, and master the fundamentals every chef needs to know. All recipes will be Kosher, nut free and meat free.
