Camp Half-Blood Austin is a summer day camp experience like no other. Each five day long session is its own chapter in the larger summer story arc, built on the 18 summers of lore and world-building preceding it. Every summer has its own villain to defeat and challenges to overcome, but the goal is always the same: work together as one camp family. Campers are immersed in live-action role-playing and storytelling with themes of self-acceptance, creative problem solving, and strength through diversity seamlessly woven in, just as they are in Rick Riordan’s books. No matter what villain or plot twist we encounter, we aim to foster a lifelong love of reading and create a safe, supportive, space for demigods to explore who they are.
