$100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve spot; remaining $425 balance is fully refundable if cancelled at least 1 week before session start. Total cost is $525/week with all food (lunch and snacks) included — campers only need to bring a refillable water bottle. Camp size is capped at 18–20 campers max. Three locations offered: Central Austin, West Austin, and Dripping Springs (new). A Middle Schoolers Only group is available at the Central location for Sessions 4 and 8. Waitlist available for full sessions. All campers receive a Camp 512 t-shirt, stadium cup, and vinyl decal on Day 1; additional merch available for purchase ($15/shirt, $20/trucker hat, $8/drawstring bag). Daily activities subject to change based on camper interest; detailed itinerary and packing list sent to parents 1 week prior to camp dates. No extended care available — camp is fully mobile with no physical building.
