The Lorraine "Grandma" Camacho Activity Center is dedicated to offering quality outdoor recreation, nature-based education, and cultural art programs for all ages. We specialize in adventure activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, archery, and more, including adaptive recreation for people of all abilities, as well as filmmaking programs with an online catalog of over 100 films. Today, her legacy of service and care continues at the Camacho Activity Center, where we build community through outdoor recreation and adventure programs with the same spirit of compassion and connection that defined Grandma Camacho. Daily Themed Activities In previous years, we offered different weekly themes, but this summer, every week is Adventure Week! With 10 weeks of camp to choose from, your camper will enjoy the full Camacho experience no matter which weeks you select. Each week features a rotation of "Quest Days", special themed days that bring variety to camp, plus an outdoor field trip.
